Potosi, Bolivia (2001, 2014)

Integral rehabilitation of the historical city centre of Potosí, Unesco World Heritage Site. Main tasks: development of a concept for a sustainable city development, rehabilitation of historical sites, revitalisation of its historical city centre.                   

Autohof Pilsting (2013) 

Scheme design of a Truck Stop and Transport Cafe to service a proposed industrial park near Pilsting, Bavaria.              

Revitalisation of Mussafah District in Abu Dhabi (2011)

Scheme design under consideration of Estidama and the Master Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 This exercise involved several workshops and training sessions with the participation of experienced international planners, academics and international young planners, as well as local Emirati young planners.

New Market Site in Grunwald District, Poznan (2009)

Design for Site Revitalisation of a popular market site with underused potentials.

Jakarta, Indonesia (2009)

Building Dignity - A participatory, values-based, integrated and strategic concept for climate change-risks mitigation in informal settlements in North Jakarta.

Parc Garraf, Spain (2009)

Development of a vision into the long term urban and regional planning organization of Parc Garraf. This exercise was related to the social uses of the Garraf Natural Park, natural border of Sitges and other municipalities within the big area of Barcelona.

Glasgow, Scotland (2006)

Redevelopment of the Glasgow branch of the Forth & Clyde Canal as a regeneration strategy. It is expected to create the largest impact of a canal regeneration of its kind in the UK. The real challenge is to extend the regeneration success of the canal to the cities directly benefitted by its impact, such as Glasgow.

Historic Jesuit Missions of Chiquitos (1999 - 2005)

Establishment of a Geographic Information System for the integral development of the territories of the ancient Missions of Chiquitos. capable of delivering tools for research, analysis, response and implementation of the day to day activities and programmes of responsible agencies.

Renewable Energies in Bolivia (2014)

GIS Modelling for identifying hot spots for implementation of Renewable Energies in Bolivia. Multiple-criteria selection of major urban centres for the design of Model Cities.

Computer Based Assessment of Epidemic Outbreak Risks in the

Urban Scale, Durban, South Africa (2009)

A mathematical Model linked to spatial data and parameters taken from findings of published studies on infectious disease spread by vectors, particularly rodent borne diseases. 

Analysis of the City of Warsaw with raster based GIS (2008)

A novel approach developed as a strategic tool to identify the areas with best conditions for the most common types of infrastructure development, assessment of possible impact and tracking of constraints and opportunities for investment in a plausible and understandable fashion.

Glasgow: GIS as planning support system and decision support

system (2006)

The decision to use GIS as planning and decision support system in the scheme design process for the regeneration of the Glasgow Canals was taken because of the large number of factors that played a role in the decision process.

Viru Viru International Airport (2016)

Analysis ellaborated to guide local authorities in the process of consultation and discussion with specialized planners on the master planning of the project.
